About Group Coaching Sessions

We work on specific aspects depending on each players position and abilities creating drills to improve skills, speed, agility, general fitness, decision making, reaction, technical aspects, weakest leg, finishing, coordination, running technique and functional training. We also offer Keeper training.

These training sessions are for males and females of all ages and abilities.
