About These Policies

We are committed to providing a consistently high quality level of service to the benefit of all our clients.

The following operational policies intend to clearly set expectations and lay the foundations of a training environment that functions to the betterment of all involved.

Payments & Invoicing

Full Pre-Payment is Required

Full payment of all due invoices must be cleared before the commencement of any training sessions.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions if invoices are unpaid on the day of the session.

Invoices are Emailed

Invoices are delivered to the nominated client email address.

If you are expecting an invoice and can’t see it, check your spam/junk folder, contact us if the issue persists.

Online Purchases

Our sessions & clinics are available for purchase online anytime.

Transactions may incur additional transaction fees that are added to the total.

Rescheduling Sessions WITH Notice

1on1 Sessions

Can be rescheduled without any penalty if session is not scheduled to begin within 48 hours.

Sessions that are cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled start incur a $35 charge.

Group Session Development Program

Cannot be rescheduled 1 week before program is due to start – any missed sessions are forfeited.

Rescheduling, pro-rating, or refunding of unattended individual sessions is not available after the program block begins.

Unattended Sessions WITHOUT Notice

Unattended sessions (1on1 or group) without 48 hours (2 days) prior notice confirmed, forfeit the full price of the missed appointment.

There are no refunds for unattended sessions with no notice.

Unscheduled Issue Management

Unsuitable Weather

Heavy and prolonged weather conditions can, on occasion, render fields unavailable / unsuitable for training safely.

Trainer Unavailable

If the primary trainer conducting the program becomes unexpectedly unavailable and a suitable replacement trainer can’t be sourced in time.

In the above two rare scenarios, all affected clients will be contacted via SMS, phone or email at the earliest available opportunity.
